• Silk items are printed by Beckford Silk in London.
• The King Sidestep Brass Keychain is cast by Ace Castings in Vermont.

Vault items are existing pieces found on our Made-to-Order page, that we do not keep in stock, but instead make for you specifically. You will have the option to choose from select patterns, colors, styles, and sometimes hardware.

Fully custom Animals require new design, prototyping, reformatting, and a lot of correspondence therefore, we make them on a limited basis. We love working on original styles for our customers and feel the extra time and energy spent creating each one is worth our efforts. We select custom projects based on our seasonal production capacity.

Due to the nature of custom projects, prices will be dependent on the decisions we make during collaboration.

Here are general guidelines of what you can expect:

• Small leather goods begin at (ex. Short Wallet) $295

• Medium leather goods (ex. Crossbody bag) begin at $695

• Large leather goods (ex. Weekender) begin at $1995

READY-TO-SHIP orders typically ship within 5 - 7 business days.

PRE-SALE timeframes are specific to each promotion and shipping schedules will be described in the item's listing.

MADE-TO-ORDER & FULLY CUSTOM items are made based on a seasonal production calendar twice a year as follows:

Spring Session: ships in May

Fall Session: ships in November

In some instances, expedited shipping may be available at checkout. If you do not see expedited shipping as an option and need your order delivered quickly, contact us.

Animal Handmade only accepts returns on ready-to-ship items. We do not accept returns on any made-to-order, fully custom, pre-sale, or sale items.

Unused items in their original condition may be returned for store credit within 10 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
